Rosemary Needles Are Turning Red After Change In Weather

Question From: Plovdiv, Plovdiv, Bulgaria
Q: I leave here in the tropics in the philippines and have started growing rosemary October; til present then its been getting cold and windy plus rain that we notice the leaves turning reddish and some brownish too. What can you recommend we are using organic spray only.....thanks suzi

Excessive wetness plus a sudden change in temperatures will make my Rosemary needles turn red. A covered area where it can get sun but will protect it from excessive rain should do nicely. Keep the soil moist but not sodden. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
