Seeking Projects And Inspiration For People With Modest Yards And Budgets

Question From: L. Custer - Hazel Park, Michigan, United States
Q: I have lived in the Hazel Park area for about 10 years. I live in the land of cookie cutter houses built in the 40's on small 40 x 80-100 foot lots. Boring, boring boring. I have yet to see anything in gardening books, magazines or DIY programs that deal with houses are yards in this situation. I, like my neighbors do not have a budget for the $25,000 dollar landscape. I would really like to see some articles in homestyle that would inspire people to get outside and tackle a few projects to spruce up their yards and homes. We need inspiration, direction and ideas. It seems like all the literature is geared towards big houses with big yards and big budgets. Thank You

Lori I have passed your request on to my editor. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
