Semi Dwarf Almond Nuts Start Shriveling In Mid-July

Question From: E. Gabel - Bisbee, Arizona, United States
Q: I have a semi-dwarf almond in my yard. It did well for the first three years. Now the nuts grow well at first and then shrivel during mid-July. This has happened for the last two years.

They may not be properly pollinated. But that is a guess from a person who has never grown an almond tree. Google growing almonds and see what you can find. Also check out some garden centers that sell them Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
