Should Four-O-Clocks Be Cut Back And Tubers Removed And Will They Seed

Question From: Buffalo, New York, United States
Q: I live in buffalo new york, should I cut my 4 oclocks back after the frost? also will they grow back if I leave the tubers or will they just grow from seeds that have dropped? Thank you!

They will flower until frost. The tubers are not hardy where you live, so you can remove them. If the plants are happy where they are living they will reseed like crazy. Enjoy. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
