Q: On my petunia plants (in deck pots),Should I remove the spent blooms daily or just let them dry up. It seems like if not removed they form seed pods the plant blooms less fully.
A: Give the petunias a hair cut. cut back by half and fertilize them with Captain Jack's Petunia Feed according to package directions. Do not fertilize when temperatures are over 85 degrees. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
