Q: Transplanted hickory tree 2 days ago-leaves drooped immediatly and now ends of some are turning black-what is happening
A: It's not happy. Hickories don't like to be moved and if you didn't get a good portion of the tap root and the root ball, it's game over. Keep it well watered but not sodden. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
