Q: We have a large tulip poplar tree that has always done great. This spring it leaved to you out like normal but we had a freeze warning and now nearly all the leaves are brown and wilted. It is probably 20 years old. Are the brown leaves a result of the spring freeze? Thank you, Rhonda
A: If the leaves were damaged by frost, the good news is trees have latent buds that will proceed a new crop. Be patient. Best Nancy and Happy Yardeninmg
