Tulip Tree Leaves Have Brown Spots

Question From: D. Gliwa - Lemont, Illinois, United States
Q: my tulip tree has brown spots on leaves. the tree looks healthy otherwise . can you help?

It's a fungal disease generically called leaf spot. It may be the result of excessive heat and lack of water. If it returns next year get on onsite inspection from a certified arborist. To find one in your area to to www.tcia.org and enter your zip code. In the mean time do keep it watered. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
