Q: Tulips from last year did not bloom. I'm in Md and the weather was warm and very cold (teens a few nights)- did they freeze? Thanks
A: Many of the tulip we grow do not rebloom a second year and are gown as annuals Species tulips are among the mix. Check out the University of Maryland for more recommendations. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
