Using Vitamin B1 When Planting

Question From: S. Dohner - CALIFORNIA
Q: I am planting a pepper tree (I'm from California) and they recommended B1 vitamin, they only sell by the gallon and I only need 2 drops, can I use my vitamin b supplement without endangering my tree??

Suzie, using Vitamin B1 to reduce transplant shock is a myth. Forget it and spend your money on good compost. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy.
