Question From: G. Herr - Cibolo, Texas, United States
Q: My variegated (green/gold) euonymus plants have patches of leaves that lose all color, dries up, and leaves/branch dies. I don't see any normal disease indicators. The patches are not restricted to a specific area of the plant and have not spread to the whole plant. Any information on what this may be and how to stop it???
Could be winter kill. Also, scale is an issue with euonymus. Look at the under sides of the leaves and stems for little bumps. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
