Veronica Used As Ground Cover Seems Black And Dead In Spots

Question From: G. Lea - Boyertown, Pennsylvania, United States
Q: the veronica I am growing as ground cover seems to be dying in spots black and dead. How do I treat this fungus without killing the good fungi in the soil?

Veronicas don't usually get fungal disease. Too rich of soil, poor drainage and too much fertilizer may be the issues. I would use a product called Actinovate as a spray and a soil drench.
