Weed Killer Product Chemicals For Hard To Kill Weeds

Question From: MICHIGAN
Q: A week or so ago in the Free Press, your column was about killing the hard to kill weeds (in our case Creeping Charlie), and you recommended to use a product with three chemicals (24D, etc). We went to two places and ended up at English Gardens. A few products have Dicamba, and MCpp, but no one could find one with the 24D that you suggest. We ended up buying Ferti-home weed killer (without 24D). Did we get the right thing? What is the name of a product that has all the ingredients you suggest? Love your column and website. Thanks.

The product you bought should work fine. Chemical companies change formulas on a regular basis. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
