When To Cut Back Cone Flowers And Rudbeckia

Question From: G. Lane-Cady - MICHIGAN
Q: Hi Nancy, just read your article re: pruning -- I had started cutting back my purple cone flowers & rudbeckia, but stopped when I read your article. I live in Beverly Hills and think that we've had a couple of frosts. Should I wait longer to cut the rest of them back?

You can cut them back now. When the leaves fall it's time to begin tidying up. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
