Q: When do you plant butterfly bushes in Pennsylvania, USA? I want to plant them as a memorial to my Daughter, please help

Jeannie, It's best to plant them after the frost free date in your area, so the leaves will not be damaged by frost. Check with you local independent garden center for the date.
