When To Plant Vinca Minor In Fall And Will It Flower In Spring

Question From: Castro Valley, California, United States
Q: Since it is so hot here, is it a good idea to plant my vinca minor in SEPT OR OCTOBER AND WILL I HAVE FLOWERS BY SPRING?

I would wait until the temps begin to moderate, when ever that is. Do be sure to keep the newly planted plants watered so the soil stays moist.. If the plants are in good condition when planted and kept watered they should flower in spring. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
