Why Do My Beets Have Red And White Circles All The Way Through

Question From: Lincoln, Nebraska, United States
Q: Why does my beets have circles of white and red all the way through

Fluctuating weather can cause white and red rings in beets. Not much you can do about it. An heirloom Italian variety always produces these variations. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
