Q: Hi, Nancy. Is there any reason I should not use my new rose-type garden gloves to pull out perennial phlox that multiplied like crazy and is showing powdery mildew? I have to get in there to pull a lot out and the Actinovate is coming. Just didn't get to order it earlier. Thanks.
