Question From: MICHIGAN
Q: Something ate the top of my tomato plant which had flowers on it. It is now only about 6” tall. I’m not certain if it a determinate or indeterminate variety. Will it continue to grow or do I need to buy another plant. I’ve heard that once a plant has been topped, it won’t grow any taller but just get bushier. Thank you!
The plant will continue to grow and get taller. You must know the variety to determine whether it is indeterminate or determinate. Best and Happy Yardening, Nancy
