Q: my three small about 5' I think are aboeretive trees but I planted 3 in row last summer and they all did fine through they are green and full but the middle one is loosing all its needles from bottom to top is there any thing I can do to save it ?someone said Epsom salt once a week 3 table spoons according to the height of tree.plz.and ty
A: It may be a combination of issues. The guy in the middle may be suffering from over crowing, lack of sun and lack of water. Three tablespoons of Epsom salts weekly will not cure it, but may result in a toxic buildup of magnesium in the soil.
