Bush Rose Choices

There are many, many wonderful bush rose varieties available. A good way to choose is to look for the metal tag on the bush that has "AARS" on it. This indicates that this variety meets certain stringent criteria established by All-America Rose Selections, an organization that runs test gardens all over the country to determine the quality of new hybrid roses.

Here we offer the AARS winners for the past few years along with some other new introductions we feel are special.

Sophy's Rose English Rose Bush Five Gallon Plant

  • Sophy's Rose English Rose bush will treat you to nice, red colored flowers each and every season.
  • The flower petals on this rose variety are small at the centre, increasing in size by degrees until the outer petals are quite large. These create broad and rather flat, rosette shaped flowers.
  • The attractive light red colouring combines well with most colour schemes. Enjoy a light tea fragrance from the roses. The smaller bush size of Sophy's Rose, at only about 3 by 3 feet makes it a definite consideration for rose beds or at the front of a border.
  • The growth is bushy with beautiful, healthy, elongated foliage and excellent repeat flowering.
  • Shipped potted in soil for best results when planted in yard or garden.
