Garden Plants to Attract Hummers

The best way to attract hummingbirds to your property is to plant the flowers that they love--brightly colored flowers with deep "trumpet" shaped throats. Hummers can't smell, but they can see color, especially red. They have flower favorites in yards in every part of the country:
